Groundwork: Mindset Skills for Staying the Course
 

A 1-day foundation programme designed to help newly employed people build the mindset and skills they need to stay in work and grow into it.

​​What Is Groundwork? 

Practical mindset support, right when it’s needed most.

Groundwork helps people navigate the early days of employment — a time where self-doubt, pressure or lack of confidence can easily lead to drop-off.

 

This 1-day in-person course builds confidence, purpose and practical skills to help new employees stay the course.

Who It’s For?

This programme is ideal for:

  • People starting a new job (within first 90 days)

  • Staff returning to work after time away

  • MSD programme graduates or employment support clients

  • Entry-level employees needing support to adjust to work

What Participants Learn

By the end of the day, participants will:

  • Feel more confident and motivated

  • Communicate more clearly at work

  • Set personal goals and stay focused

  • Understand how to deal with pressure and setbacks
