GROUNDWORK™
Mindset Skills for Staying the Course
GROUNDWORK helps employees understand themselves, strengthen how they work with others and take ownership of their development.
Drawing on the Limitless Mindset™ framework, this one-day programme explores the beliefs that influence communication, responses to pressure, responsibility and professional growth. Participants work with their own experiences and leave with a Personal Development Roadmap to put their learning into practice.
Suitable for new employees, existing teams and emerging leaders, the programme is shaped around your people and workplace.
What we work on
- Purpose and direction: Connect personal values and ambitions with their role and future.
- Identity and beliefs: Recognise strengths and explore the beliefs influencing how they show up at work.
- Communication and collaboration: Understand different communication styles, have constructive conversations and bring out the best in each other.
